MANDATE
Kerry County Museum collects the material heritage of Co Kerry and is a designated museum under the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1994 (Section 3) designations, 1999

1.Our collections will promote the Museum as an authoritative voice on Kerry’s history and culture

2. Our exhibitions will give our visitors and users a sense of place in an accessible, inspiring and enjoyable way

3. Our education programmes and activities will increase access to the Museum’s collections and exhibitions, and contribute to life-long learning

4. Our marketing will increase awareness
