How to get to Tralee Tralee is accessible by road, rail and air. Kerry Airport (15 miles away) has daily services to and from Dublin (Aer Arann) and a jet service once daily to and from London Stansted (Ryanair). Tralee is 75 miles from both Cork and Shannon International airports. It is linked by the national road network to all the major cities - Dublin (take the N7 to Limerick and N21 or N69 to Tralee), Cork (N22) or Rosslare Ferry Ports. Tralee is on the Irish Rail mainline rail network with four services daily each way from Dublin and Cork.
How to get to Kerry County Museum Kerry County Museum is located in the splendidly restored Thomas Ashe Memorial Hall on Denny Street in Tralee Town Centre. The Ashe Memorial Hall also houses the Tralee Tourist Information and Cafe Gouman's. The picturesque Town Park with its famous Rose Garden and outdoor playground is only a few steps away.

Visually impaired visitorsThe main entrance and reception area are accessible via two sets of steps. The distance from the footpath to the first set of steps is six paces. There are seven steps to the top of the first steps with a handrail running along the middle. After reaching the top of the first stairs it is three paces to the front door (please mind the step at the door). After one more pace you will reach the second set of steps. There are six steps to the top. Two paces forward and three paces to the right will bring you to the reception door, which has the handle on the right hand side and opens inwards. Take four paces forward and you are at the reception desk.
