Please note that we are searching for a new home for our History Camps and we hope to be able to offer camp activities again when we have secured a new space where we can be creative and messy!

KCM’s History Camps take place during the Easter and Summer school holidays. Fun-filled arts and crafts workshops combined with hands-on museum visits offer children the opportunity to be creative and to make the Museum their own. Our experienced facilitators include living history fan Helena Stackpoole and Education Officer Claudia Köhler.

Workshops usually run Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 1:30pm; early drop-off and late pick-up available on request. KCM’s History Camp is suitable for children aged 6 to 11 years.

Hands-on – KCM’s History Camps are a license for kids to get as creative and messy as they like, a liberty that some are only too happy to exploit.
