KCM’s History Camps take place during the Easter and Summer school holidays. Fun-filled arts and crafts workshops combined with hands-on museum visits offer children the opportunity to be creative and to make the Museum their own. Our experienced facilitators include artist Georgina Maher, history graduate Claire Murray and Education Officer Claudia Köhler.

Workshops run Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm; early drop-off and late pick-up available on request. KCM’s History Camp is suitable for children aged 6 to 11 years and costs €8 per day, including all arts and crafts materials.

Visit our Events section regularly for information on forthcoming camps or join our contact list and we keep you up to date directly.

Hands-on – KCM’s History Camps are a license for kids to get as creative and messy as they like, a liberty that some are only too happy to exploit.
